Your privacy is critically important to
us. At Spry Hive we have a few
fundamental principles:
* We don’t ask you for personal
information unless we truly need it.
* We don’t share your personal
information with anyone except to comply
with the law, develop our products, or
protect our rights.
* We don’t store personal information on
our servers unless required for the
on-going operation of one of our
services.
* In our software products, we aim to
make it as simple as possible for you to
control what’s visible to the public,
seen by search engines, kept private,
and permanently deleted.
Below is our privacy policy which
incorporates these goals:
Spry Hive Industries LLC. Privacy Policy
Spry Hive Industries LLC. (“Spry Hive”)
operates several websites including
spryhive.com and fizzik.com, distributes
software products such as the Fizzik
browser, and makes available other
products, services, and discussion
forums (collectively, “Spry Hive
Products”). It is Spry Hive’s policy to
respect your privacy regarding any
information we may collect when you use
Spry Hive Products.
How We Collect Personally-Identifying
Information in General
Certain users of Spry Hive Products may
choose to interact with Spry Hive in
ways that require Spry Hive to gather
personally-identifying information. The
amount and type of information that Spry
Hive gathers depends on the nature of
the interaction. For example, we ask
visitors who sign up for an account at
the Fizzik support center to provide a
username and email address. Those who
engage in transactions with Spry Hive –
by purchasing products online using the
Fizzik browser, for example – are asked
to provide additional information,
including as necessary the personal and
financial information required to
process those transactions.
Spry Hive may collect statistics about
the behavior of users of Spry Hive
Products. For instance, Spry Hive may
monitor the most popular search queries
run from the Fizzik browser or the Web
pages or online videos most often
opened, shared, or saved on the local
device. Spry Hive may display this
information publicly or provide it to
others.
In each case, Spry Hive collects such
information only insofar as is necessary
or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of
the user’s interaction with Spry Hive or
Spry Hive Products. Users may refuse to
supply personally-identifying
information, though it may prevent you
from using of some or all of Spry Hive
Products. Spry Hive does not disclose
personally-identifying information other
than as described below.
How We Collect Personally-Identifying
Information: Software Products
The Fizzik browser may include an update
feature that checks our servers on a
daily basis to ensure that you are
running the most stable, secure and
feature-rich version of the Fizzik
browser. In connection with the
auto-update feature, the Fizzik browser
may send non-personally identifying
information about how you are using the
Fizzik browser and which features our
most popular, enabling us to improve our
products. Do not install or use the
software if you do not wish to
participate in this program.
The Fizzik browser allows you to
conveniently access certain online
services. To take advantage of such
services, you may be required to
register for or log into the services on
the web sites of their respective
providers. These services will then
collect information, and inform you
about what information they collect, in
accordance with their own terms of
service. By agreeing to those terms of
services, and by enabling them within
the Fizzik browser, you are allowing us
to pass this information back to these
service providers. The Fizzik browser
does not pass this information to Spry
Hive or our servers. Fizzik shall have no
liability or responsibility for the
privacy practices or other actions of
any third party site or service that may
be enabled within your Fizzik browser.
While most of the integrated services
require that you register and log into
the specific services, not all services
require registration and logging in.
Services are enabled by your explicit
actions in the Fizzik browser, such as
logging in and/or choosing to remember
or activate an account.

various product blogs to communicate
this type of information, so we expect
to keep this type of email to a minimum.
If you send us a request (for example
via a support email or via one of our
feedback mechanisms), we reserve the
right to publish it in order to help us
clarify or respond to your request or to
help us support other users. Spry Hive
takes all measures reasonably necessary
to protect against the unauthorized

that is transferred or acquired by a

purpose(s) for which it was originally
collected, and you will be able to
prevent the sharing of this information
by opting out.
